Description

Messier 13, also known as the Great Globular Cluster in Hercules, is one of the most spectacular globular clusters in the northern sky. Located around 22,000 light-years from Earth, it contains hundreds of thousands of ancient stars held together by gravity.
Its brilliant, densely packed core is surrounded by an expansive halo where countless individual stars can be resolved, offering a striking view of one of the Milky Way’s oldest stellar populations.
